  • Transfer this fine paste to the bowl, add coriander leaves, dill leaves, ginger, green chilli, salt and sauté all these ingredients well.
  • Add water in it and bring to dosa batter consistency.
  • Spread batter on the tawa , apply oil on it, cover and cook on medium flame.
  • Flip and cook on both sides and serve it.

  • Then add flour in it and other ingredients like coriander seeds, chopped ginger and garlic, salt, red chilli powder, carom seeds (ajwain), garam masala, curd, oil and chopped well.
  • Paratha dough is ready.
  • Roll out paratha and cook it on tawa with oil.
  • Flip and cook on both sides completely and serve with chatni and juice.
